Accurate and precise positioning is today important in most construction projects, regardless of what is being built or designed. As we master several different forms of equipment and software, we have the ability to be flexible and adapt to our customers' needs. Mitta AB is looking for a Survey Technician/Survey Engineer for projects in Östersund.
We are now looking for you who want a challenging job with the opportunity to develop in the profession as a student or newly graduated survey technician/survey engineer. We offer you an exciting workplace with personal responsibility and development.
We will fill at least two positions.
Period: May-October 2025.
Work may involve working in another location during the workweek.
Mitta is in an expansive phase and has nationwide operations in Sweden, with about 130 employees in the company. Our goal is to continue our expansion and grow within our four business areas; geotechnics, laboratory, surveying, and environment.

Your tasks:
As a survey technician/survey engineer, you will participate in a project with leveling as your main occupation. You will perform conventional surveying tasks in the field together with colleagues and participate in a team. The project is located in parts of southern/central Norrland. Therefore, you need to be open to traveling and staying away during the weeks.
Education/Experience:
We are looking for someone who has ongoing or completed education focused on the business area of geodetic surveying technology, alternatively has another technical education or a strong interest in the subject of geodesy. You enjoy taking responsibility, are structured, and work in an organized manner. You find it easy to adapt plans and see opportunities in changes. Furthermore, you are outgoing, create contacts, and work well with other people. You are driven by a desire to improve both for your own operations, yourself, and for the customer.
You have experience working in teams and are meticulous and goal-oriented.
Requirements: Driver's license B.
Work location: Östersund, alternatively another location
